I can't really recommend it.
So I know that silicone free shampoo/conditioners make your hair look different, but my hair was so brittle and dry. My fiancé noticed his scalp was even drier. Also, my hair smells like dirty laundry the next day. it was terrible. I used it for a week and now the rest of the bottle is wasted. Honestly wouldn't recommend it. (I have thick Spanish hair, wavy and curly if that helps people.)
