Very easy to use. I just wrap the velcro straps around the handlebars twice or they hang down and I hit them with my knees. This will trap all the sweat on the frame and handlebars. However, it is recommended to use a towel to keep the handlebars dry where you hold your hands. I don't use a plastic case at all because you can't use your phone through it and it hurts to get in and out of it when trying to keep a steady pace on the bike, but I put my phone on top and it stays on.
