This machine is much larger than I thought it would be. I didn't read the measurements so it's my fault. It's easy to set up and comes with a filter that you need to remove from the plastic before use. The instructions were confusing to me so I didn't bother using them. If you have it on the highest level, it's very loud. There's a sleep mode that's ok, but I don't feel like it's ideal for sleeping. The remote control comes with a battery. When using the remote control, you must be close enough to the machine for it to work. I just go to the car to turn it on or off or change the settings as it's as easy as using the remote control. It blows a fair amount of air. I can't say I've noticed a significant change in air quality, but I've found that it helps with bad smells.
