I bought this as my primary zoom mic as all my other mics had issues. The sensitivity is good, the noise is low and the mic volume control and the mute buttons are comfortable. The sound quality is definitely good enough for a "talking voice" which makes it a great addition to Zoom. I would NOT make this my first choice for making music instruments or vocals, despite this being a cost-effective one Spare mic can come in handy. The included mini tripod is fine, but the 5/8" thread allows me to screw it straight onto a cheap mic stand: no separate mic clip is required, so the mic doesn't slip or fall off. .
