ColorGround: the place where fashion hits the ground running

As someone who frequently shops for clothes, shoes, and accessories online, I couldn't wait to check out ColorGround's selection of products in those categories. I'm sorry to say that my time spent shopping at this internet store has not been particularly outstanding. Their assortment of costumes and accessories is quite varied; nevertheless, they do not have a good range of apparel for women. The designs are uninspiring, and at best, the quality of the materials that were employed is only adequate. I was underwhelmed by the variety of items available, and in the end I decided to shop at a different establishment. The user interface of the website is cumbersome and unclear, which makes the experience of purchasing on the internet more annoying than joyful. The search tool cannot be relied upon, and the categories are arranged in an unintuitive manner. The site's navigation is a real pain in the neck. The poor quality of the customer service makes an already difficult situation even more difficult. I reached out to you with a problem with my order, but you responded to me in a way that was neither timely nor helpful. The things arrived wrinkled and torn due to the poor quality of the packaging, which contained the items. In general, ColorGround is not a retailer for women's clothing that I would recommend. The collection is not particularly impressive, the website is difficult to use, and the customer care representatives are not very helpful, all of which contribute to a less-than-ideal purchasing experience. You can save both time and money by shopping somewhere else.

Pros
  • Each item is made with premium materials.
Cons
  • Poorly organized and difficult to use interface
