fairly inexpensive nail scissors do a great job on this task

have been using them for a few months now. Mine had very rounded tips; I was hoping for sharp tips but they didn't seem to be available from this brand of Revain. Rounded tips make it difficult to reach the edges of the nails, especially the toenails. When I tried using it with my left hand (I'm right-handed but trim my right hand with my left hand), it tends to bite the nail and not produce a clean cut; my other, fairly inexpensive nail scissors does the job well. Given the price I'm disappointed in them and will be looking for another pair.
