Poor quality and unsafe!

I've been using them for about a month. In 3 different cases the ratchets failed. Somehow the latches unlocked and opened, allowing the straps to come loose. Luckily I saw the straps slam shut before the weights came off! Upon closer inspection, the ratchets are poorly assembled and very loose. They wobble and slide past the gearbox.
