Sounded decent arrived fully charged had to remove from case and remove plastic cover from connectors to allow headphones to charge themselves took about 20 minutes well connected once. case, then the phone found the S20 code and connected to them with no problem as well. When listening to anything for the first 15 minutes of use with the phone in hand, the audio cut out 3 times for around 1 second and then reconnected and played again, almost like a gentle hiccup. Once it sounded "disconnected" and then after 1 second "connected" and started playing again. I just played a YouTube stream so it might be a stream but because of that I can only give 3.5 stars so is 3 or 4 the question? They love the long battery life they claim, 20 minutes to charge the earbuds initially dropped 100 percent to 92. Love the LED number! Other models only have points. That's why I take 4.
