Only used a few pans so far (used less than a week). So I'll post my first thoughts and will update when I actually use them. My first reaction is that they're heavy (seriously, the box weighed a ton) and sturdy, and I love that they're made right here in the USA. So far I've made cupcakes, cookies and meatloaf. The muffin pan and cutter are great. Fry evenly and a little quicker than my cheap pans. Glad you followed closely. Both came out clean and cleaning was a breeze. The casserole dish is not deformed and only bakes for 10 minutes. The real star is the bread pan. We use venison for meatloaf, so there's really no fat to prevent sticking, and the sauce tends to leave burned bits in my old pans that are incredibly difficult to remove. But the meatloaf came out clean and the caramelized/burnt sauce was wiped off immediately with a damp soapy cloth. Again, the meatloaf cooked evenly, if a little faster than the old pans, and was juicy and delicious. I will definitely order another bread pan just because one pan isn't enough for a family, but I was meaning to order another one until I was sure it lived up to the reviews. If they continue to exceed my expectations, I'll probably give them as a Christmas present to some people who love to bake in the family.
