For a reason unknown to me, the day before the goods arrived, I decided to look in my account to see how things were going with the delivery. To my surprise, the product was in the status of “waiting for cancellation”. To my question in those support in connection with what this is connected with, the answer was: "The reason is unknown, something went wrong during delivery." Very informative, thank you. I waited two weeks for the goods in vain. I didn't receive any notice of cancellation. If I knew that it would all end like this, I would have overpaid, but I would have ordered it in any other store where the goods can be picked up immediately.
