A little disappointed

I bought mine for thermopro, even the picture shows a foam insert, but it wasn't included, I got an elongated one, not a square one. don't know if it was supposed to have a foam insert it's really unclear but every picture shows it, if i knew i could get another one at this point i just cut the plastic my thermometer was in to fit another one later find solution
