I bought three of these. The screws really aren't long enough to mount them. The swivel nut either tightens about 1/2 turn of the threads (which breaks easily) or you have to tighten it real hard and have a rack that you have to pull out quite a bit if it even comes open. . I contacted the company and although they are nice and polite they assured me that I did not put it together correctly. It's a suitcase, not a space rocket. It really only goes in one direction, and I followed that direction. I had to use longer screws. Unfortunately they weren't the right size or had hidden nuts so I had to use nylon nuts with a protruding stud. Looks awful and cheap.
