Review on pymetrics by Steve Harris

I enjoy that it is such an easy platform for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers etc. to interact in. It's nice being able to connect all parties together quickly via internal messaging once you've found something great! The only thing at this point we'd like to see more of are some sort of metrics about user engagement as well (such as click rate/ conversion). Definitely take advantage of our free trial if your interested otherwise there may be better options out there. We want every candidate experience to have been streamlined by now but honestly, nothing beats good ol' fashioned old fashion personal interviews so far. However, PyMetric has allowed us to filter through thousands upon thousand applicants into shortlists much faster than ever before without having to do endless rounds of phone screens or physical visits. The Pymetrics platform is really helpful. It allows me to find new candidates in my network and make a call to action. This is a great tool and saves a lot of time. The customer service has been great and they have been able to answer my questions on how to best leverage this platform. This tool is helping me find a great candidate for a long time. They are also helping me in my recruitment efforts.
