The item was received very quickly. The package contained all the necessary parts: a shower head, a 15 inch extension, a wrench, duct tape and an extra reducer screen. The parts were in excellent condition and well packaged. Those were the plus points of the order. Now for the minuses . " The shower head was VERY thin and felt flimsy, almost like a round mirror. If dropped, it would likely break. But I was willing to look the other way. Once installed, I hoped my shower would get better .but it isn't.Due to the size of the shower head (12") it absorbs a lot of water. In fact, it may take a few seconds for the required amount of water to accumulate and then dispense. Now, I'm a guy who loves some pressure from the shower head. Not like Kramer's shower in the Seinfeld episode, but I was hoping for the feel of heavy rain with big drops that get wet in a second. Instead the flow of water from this shower head was more like gentle rain Very light on your face Although it produces a lot of water it doesn't put a lot of pressure on you which I was hoping would come back for either a smaller shower head or a completely different style, i hope that was helpful.
