This is the best spatula money can buy. Don't let the name fool you, this spatula isn't just for fish. The front edge is beveled so you can easily slide anything you want to cook underneath. The spatula is small enough to maneuver around the pan and flexes well (but not too much) to help with delicate items. The spatula blade has a full shank (metal extends to the bottom of the handle) and thanks to three rivets this spatula is extremely durable. The spatula looks the same as the day I bought it. The only reasons to think twice before buying: 1) If you work in a commercial setting and need something that can be sanitized, a wooden handle might pose a problem. For most people, however, a wooden handle is beneficial because it does not melt when heated strongly. 2) You only have nonstick pans and you don't want to scratch the coating.
