Perfect. I've searched and searched for nice blue jean shorts for my boys and couldn't find them anywhere. Everything these days has holes, bleach stains, and is sealed up. My BOYS don't wear this mess so they were perfect and they have adjustable laces and the length is amazing just below the knee (which boys should be). I have a boy who is 4ft 11" and weighs 86 pounds. I ordered a size 14 for him and he is very skinny and tall (10 years old) and then I have my little boy who is 6 years old and weighs 45 inches and 67 pounds and I ordered him a size 6 or 7 . I don't remember 🤦🏼 ‍♀️ but fits in size
