Review on Logicbroker by Greg Roberts

The service has been great! I have experienced some issues (like all of our partners) relating logistics / shipping but are working through it now via customer success managers helpdesk/CSM - will communicate any remaining problems as soon possible!! Overall fantastic experience so far from my end point view :) Not everything is perfect however like everyone else there's always improvements coming which makes me feel good about things overall. Just try anything you want once live because if something does not work perfectly then just switch out or tweak until its exactly how your business needs! Trying several different payment gateways etc. We needed better ways than stripe checkout methods available to businesses without access to API integration with other services that support Stripe Checkout/Direct Payment methodologies. I like how quick it is to connect our dropshippers. Their team really does care about you as a customer & will go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly! There are some things i would like to see change but in general everything works great. Great product for connecting third party partners who want to supply your business. It's been helpful for finding new dropship providers/companies so far.
