REALLY STRONG MAGNETS
I have an old pull-out hood. A while ago it started refusing to stay when you click on it. I found that it's held in place by three large but flimsy adhesive strips of magnets that no longer stick, so I thought those magnets might help if I use them. double-sided tape to stick them on the fixed part of the hood. As it turns out, these magnets are so strong that one is enough to hold the pieces together, and I didn't even have to glue it to the hood; The field is strong enough to hook both sides. Problem solved! Anyone need five high power neodymium magnets? I recommend.
