Like a lot of reviewers, I like the tool just fine. Good to have a cheap, well-made chopper for the rough places. Grip feels like it was designed by somebody who had actually hacked on some stuff.Unlike some reviewers, I don't see any problem with the sheath. It just needs to be tuned up. The plastic insert facing the saw side of the machete is not form fit. The fat curve makes the sheath narrower than it needs to be and the saw and knife edges both hang up on the way in and out. Heat up the plastic with a hairdryer for a few minutes, then flatten the sheath some with a board weighed down with a jug of water. The sheath will hold its new shape after it cools. My blade now pulls and sets nice and smooth - no more chewing on the sheath. Just don't smash it completely flat.
