Ok. So, I have 2 short haired dogs. I have emphasized that short hair bc short and long makes a difference. One of my heathens would rather picnic on the living room rug than eat out of his bowl, so tiny dog hair and bits are everywhere and I'm tired of sweeping every day. I have this for the lower floor which consists of hardwood floors with accented rugs. Ethel - I called the vacuum cleaner Ethel - the villainess. 20 minutes out of the box and she soaks up all the stuff. Bits of poop, pointerfetti (aka dog hair), random fossilized pasta I didn't even know lived under the closet like they were paying rent — all that stuff. As for the carpets - she jumped straight onto the thick carpet in the living room and got to work. The rubber backed kitchen rugs seem to be padded underneath her, so, easy fix, I just shake her out and lay her down while she does her thing. Photo after about 20-30 minutes of their hike. And I swept YESTERDAY. It comes with extra knobs and an extra filter - the filter is washable which I wasn't aware of when I bought it but YES. I took off a star because I haven't managed to talk it to the app yet, but it has a remote control so I don't care. It is clear that in this house it will not be launched remotely anyway. One of the dogs is convinced he will kill her, the other dog tries to kill Ethel. Basically I have one pointer on the couch acting like an elephant with a mouse and another posing and growling and pointing. loot included. I'll also add - it's quieter than expected, which at this stage is just icing on the cake.
