I bought this recorder to record our bi-monthly board meetings. We used to have problems recording all the voices with the recorder we used before, and the playback was also quite erratic. I figured no matter what dictaphone we used it would be the same if 6 or 7 people were talking to each other. This recorder records sound very clearly. I can clearly hear who is speaking. So these are no reasons not to understand correctly when someone says something. We only use a radius of about 10 feet, with the actual recorder at one end of the table and the mic fairly close to the center of the table, so everyone in the same room hears the voice the same as the ones sitting directly at the mic. I am very satisfied with this product. A bit pricey for a voice recorder but worth it. Also, I didn't see how this battery works here when I bought it. This is a USB rechargeable battery that I really liked.
