Highly recommended, but there is a process you must follow to create an anti-fog film.

My daughter wears prescription glasses and we have sports glasses when she plays softball, basketball and soccer. She kept complaining that they fogged up and I put some of my old Scuba anti-fog on them but she still said they fogged up. After using a few of them they now seem to have enough film on them to make them work. She hasn't said anything about them shoeing in a couple of games. You need time to work. Don't expect one cleaning to solve all your problems. It seems that the more you use them, the more they form a film of anti-fog chemicals, so it may take a few uses before you see a big difference. I suggest starting on a day when you have time and won't be playing. Wipe goggles/goggles/mask, wait a few hours for it to dry completely, wipe again, wait, repeat. After you've done this five or six times, you should have enough film to keep them from fogging up. DO NOT use lens cleaner or glasses cleaning cloth after use, otherwise you will wipe away any chemical film. you created and you have to start the whole process again. I've started using them on my snorkel mask and while I haven't had any extreme conditions to test them, I haven't had any fogging issues yet.
