Pretty but not great for outdoor Christmas decorations

They are very pretty but very poorly made. This is a piece of fabric over a foam ball and flexible foam sticks. I had to take the pins and pull on the faces because they weren't hanging properly over the styrofoam ball. However, when I did, they were very cute. They blow well in the wind and are perfect for the balcony of my apartment. But. I could make them myself.
