Fast charging is the best among car chargers

This charger 3.0 only provides higher voltage when the screen of my Samsung S8 is NOT lit. As soon as you turn on the screen in navigation mode, for example, it drops to the 5 volt range. More than enough voltage and current to keep up with navigation while charging the battery.
