This router is not for the faint of heart. This is not a standard plug and play device. You'll need to go to the MikroTik website, use their wiki pages, and become familiar with RouterOS to set this thing up properly. If you're an IT pro and you know about networks, you won't have any trouble setting it up. This is a fully managed 10-port switch with PoE on port #10. It has an SFP slot if you want to add a module for an extra Gigabit RJ45 connection or fiber optic connection. Wireless communication works in 2.4G and/or 5G band with full SSID and security settings. It supports VPNs, firewall rules, routing tables, VLAN tags and more. Full specs can be found on their website. After a speed test, it shows that the CPU utilization is between 1 and 2% and the speed with my provider constantly reaches 700-800 MBit/s. That's the maximum I've been able to get out of all the routers I've tested so far.
