I like that they are easy to read, magnetic and come with a loop for non-metallic pens. I didn't like that the magnets fell out before use (poorly or cheaply glued), so I glued it myself. Another very important feature that I didn't like is that you have to be careful not to completely cover them when you put them on a metal rod. They protrude slightly beyond the 90° angle, so you have to be careful not to completely cover them. Otherwise it's a very decent product for the price.
