The touch buttons are a nuisance because they are difficult to remove or repair without first turning the track off or changing it. There were moments when the connection between the two ears was severed entirely. On the other hand, they can sometimes be of assistance in stopping or switching the track. The charging case is dependable; but, when it runs out of power, which happens very rapidly, the headphones are immediately connected to the phone, along with all of the negative effects that this has. When this occurs, playing becomes choppy and continues for a few minutes or longer; during this period, it is impossible to listen even if the headphones are removed.
