Review on Vertico by Kevin Vanlaere

Being an avid internet shopper, I couldn't wait to give Vertico a try. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this business. Although they advertise a wide variety of casual and formal clothing, customers have complained that the selection is small and of poor quality. A tear appeared in the cloth of the cocktail dress I ordered just in time for the big event! It took days for a customer service rep to reply to my email, and they were neither helpful nor quick when I contacted them. Even the sandals they promise to have for every occasion are unremarkable. The clothing is out of current and boring. When a business makes the claim to be on the cutting edge of style but falls short in practice, it's disheartening. The website is also poorly made and confusing to use. The purchasing procedure is unclear, and it takes too long to locate the products you need. As a whole, Vertico online shop is not one I feel comfortable recommending. Because of the small selection, low quality, unhelpful customer service, and poorly designed website, buying here is a chore. Go elsewhere and avoid wasting your time and money.
