Review on Winsterch by Ross Sugden

A recent encounter with the Winsterch internet store left me feeling let down and frustrated. The toys and stuffed animals I received were of a lower-than-average quality, and the stitching on some of the plush toys was coming undone. When I called the customer service department for assistance, the representatives I spoke with were unresponsive and useless. As a life coach, providing excellent quality and service to my clients is one of my top priorities; however, Winsterch fell short in both of these areas. This online store does not meet my standards for providing high-quality toys or outstanding support to customers, therefore I cannot recommend it to anyone.
