VERY COMFORTABLE and holds up well. Regarding exfoliation, I've found that rubbing my feet with wet sand on the beach is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better for getting rid of and preventing ingrown hairs from my epilator. In addition, the SAND made the hair grow back less and less! I have dark hair on my legs so that was a welcome result. Now that I've gotten to the end of this review, I guess I generally recommend beach sand, but this glove FEEL really good and gives your body a great tingling sensation if you like being scrubbed hard, like a cat or whatever dog scratches likes to be on the chin and behind the ears. Add tea tree soap for an extra sparkle (not for a cat or dog - to a mitt)!
