Fits perfectly. A fastening cord or two was missing, but there were plenty of other cords and bungee cords to secure the seat cover. I kept it on the seat of a truck for a little over a month until I covered it in mud. I took the seat off the truck, removed the cover and threw it in the washing machine. It came to us wonderfully. But when I took the seat cover off to wash it, I noticed a kind of "bruising" (my wife says it looks like a puddle on women's stockings) on the side of the cover, which I get in and out of every day. But at this price I'll buy another one when this one wears out.
