Good vest! for my opinion

I wanted to amp up my workouts by adding weights and this vest fit the bill perfectly. It stays in place while walking and doing strength training, however it does slides a bit while running. Nonetheless I'm still happy with this purchase.

Pros

The reflective strips on the vest allow for visibility during low-light exercises, adding an extra level of safety

Cons

The weight can cause back pain or injury during certain exercises
