It's not worth it! on Kitchen & Dining
I have tried many knife sharpeners with moderate success. I was hoping that this three position sharpening model would give excellent results. I loved the concept of using a coarse sharpener, a medium sharpener and finally a fine sharpener to bring the blade to the desired level of sharpness. The theory may be good, but the results are still mediocre.
