We were looking for chairs that would fit in a smaller trunk in the director/camp chair style. These chairs fold up really nicely, and once you figure it out, they fold easily. They fit in the truck very well. They are really sturdy, and because of that they are a bit heavy. I would say they are not the most comfortable seat. If you sit for a long time, the seats feel a bit hard. They are very stiff, but maybe they will break in a bit with use. The seat height is good for us, as we need a little help getting out of many of the sling style chairs, so these work well for us. Overall, they will work. In a perfect fit they would be a little lighter and have a little more cushion.
