Honestly this is a well built receiver. The biggest problem we had with the installation was getting the bolts out of the factory receiver. You need an impact wrench. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either a sadist who wants you to suffer, or they paid someone else to do it and they were drinking the entire time. A few tips from our setup: - Impact wrench. All but two screws really need an impact wrench. - If more than one person is working on it, the process is pretty quick. We had two people (including me) under the truck tightening the bolts on both sides while the kids held the bumper. - Speaking of the bumper, save the screws on the side (the only two you can't hit) for last and put them in first. This limits how long you have to juggle the receiver and bumper (and really, once the bolts are in, you don't have to hold them down). - Pay attention to where the spare wheel holder is located. We've spent far too much time scratching our heads (it ends up behind the receiver instead of in front of it like the factory did). According to YouTube, you can also do without it.
