Although MAKELLO's website boasts a "huge selection of high-quality products," the reality is much different. Their website is difficult to use because of poor structure and a muddled design that makes finding what you need feel like getting lost in a maze with no way out. They may advertise cheap prices, but the checkout process is so fraught with slow loading times and error messages that it's like pulling teeth to complete a purchase.
