I like how easy it was to use this system. It has allowed me to organize my cases into folders that help keep them organized. The reporting features are very powerful, allowing for quick access of any data we need to find within our systems. We have not encountered anything as far as issues go with this program. If you want a good organization tool that will save time and reduce errors then look no further than column case investigative. This product helps us track all of our work orders so they can be managed effectively. I like how easy it was for my team members to use this product as well as all of its features. It has been very helpful with our daily operations which have included tracking down missing documents or searching through old cases files when needed. The program does not always work properly so sometimes we need help from another member within the department who knows more about fixing these issues than myself. We are solving some problems regarding paperless processing by using column case investigative.
