My mom and I love to bake during quarantine, it has become one of our favorite weekend activities. Unfortunately, her 30-year-old hand mixer recently ran out. We were looking for a new hand mixer and I decided to buy it because of the ability to use the turbo function on all five speeds. This hand mixer is easy to use and even has a quick release button. It also has fans to keep the hand mixer cool. Being able to place it on a table surface is also very useful! With our newest hand mixer, I've always struggled to somehow turn it off without making a mess. We had a family birthday but due to quarantine and COVID we prefer to bake the cake ourselves to be on the safe side. Using this hand mixer I made a wonderful mango mousse cake that everyone loved. Definitely recommend this one!
