Got an MP3 player today and there was a whole lot of music and other crap on it. I just deleted everything. Also, the USB3/USBC charging cable was missing and there were minor scratches on the front of the device. You can't hear it when it's charging. And do yourself a favor, buy another pair of headphones, the ones that come with them probably suck. I didn't try them because I was afraid they would be used too. Aside from those two nitpicky questions, it's easy to navigate, everything is pretty intuitive. Who didn't get it - read the damn manual. I didn't bother, I understood everything without opening it. Sounds fine. It would be great if it was a touch screen. I would send it back but I don't have time as I'm going on a trip in a few days. This is most likely not the manufacturer's fault, but Revain's fault.
