While this product met all of my expectations, it failed in terms of the hardware provided and the mounting design. The four holes could have been a bit further apart given the size of the anchors as they almost overlap in the current design. The screws (the ones with the larger heads) are also too short if you want to attach the hooks to the rack given the depth of the drywall above. And there are absolutely no instructions, so I had to figure out which screw fits the bigger/smaller hole. The hooks themselves are nice and closed well, but since I only had to attach them to the drywall, I didn't want to burden them with all the 45 pounds the product claims it can handle.
