TL;DR: Buy lock parts ex works. Full Story: First of all, the installation was a joke. It took me (an experienced GC) 1.5 hours to get a mediocre fit. I had to drill and file my grip to try and get the pop and lock to work. I eventually got it working, but the handle was slightly ajar and the orientation of the lock allowed someone to slip a pick tool under the lock. Less than a week after installation, the handle suddenly felt very loose and the tailgate opened. very difficult to open so i was smart to check it out. I found that the bolt had snapped. I was able to remove the nut and broken bolt with a magnet and found the bolts were HOLLOW! I then checked the enclosed warranty conditions. This item is not covered under warranty if purchased from Revain. This product is a waste of time and money.
