So broken I can't fix it

I thought I'd risk buying cheaper. That cheap thing fooled me again. The plastic is VERY thin in places that require strength. I expected the moving parts to wear out, instead the neck broke long before that could happen. I didn't get my money out of this piece of junk before it broke. I have hard floors and a carpet. So this unit did not have a hard life.
