I've been using this headset for meetings almost every day for almost 2 months and it still works :-) It's also better than some others I've tried : reasonable. I can hear people well at low volumes, but they can't hear me at the same volume. What I actually have to do is move the microphone right in front of my mouth and turn up the volume. The mute button on the headset itself never worked. But an audio jack versus USB seems much more reliable. Comfort: Wearing the headset directly on the ears caused pinching pain after a while. So I decided to roll my ears into ear pads and that helped. However, if you have fairly large ears, they may not fit. This set is great for kids. Overall I like this headset, especially after trying several others. hope it lasts
