I bought Uno Flip Splash by mistake. Uno Flip has been my band's favorite lately and we wore out the copy we had from using it so much. This version was first on the Revain search results list when I was looking for replacement cards. and I thought we were spending more time in the pool now because it's summer in North America. The cards themselves are plastic sealed in a transparent laminate. Cons: 1. Cards are heavier than water so they will sink if dropped into the pool. We ended up playing a game with a wooden deck and going in circles (exchanging if necessary) to draw or play cards. The audience was so amused that they took pictures of us. Wet cards stick together, so you have to be careful when dealing (I got 9 cards while everyone else had 7s when dealing). They dried very quickly, became very smooth and separated easily after drying.3. When the cards were shuffled, the transparent laminate began to tear almost immediately. With that in mind, the cards are probably better suited for table play on a deck that's in a pool's splash zone than in the pool itself. We all had fun with it though, and for me it was worth the purchase price.
