I also have a larger version better suited for 3 gallon bottles and up. This works best for 1-3 gallon wide mouth jugs and 1 gallon #6/6.5 neck jugs. A few things to know if you've never used it before.1. Gently run the siphon in the middle to make it work, then move it down.2. Do not remove the bottom lid except for cleaning purposes as this will prevent large amounts of debris from entering your beverage.3. Be careful when placing the pipe on top of the siphon as the pipe may get stuck (you don't want it to come loose in the middle of the siphon). If possible, use a food-grade lubricant. If anything, even if possible, buy a pouring stick as this makes pouring easier and with less mess. I would recommend it as I use mine regularly.
