Includes tilt switch

Small, 6" x 4" x 4". Puts out decent heat for its size. I should point out that the unit I just received has a rollover switch See pic I pointed the button at this switch, when the unit is on its side it turns off the power I love that it has a power switch that allows me to set a timer for it to turn on and off Real power 500W Not totally silent but not bad white noise No thermostat control (You can connect it to a temperature control switch) If it is not reliable I will update the review.
