Works well. Note that it won't pair until I have the correct app installed on my Android. I downloaded and installed the free Polar Beat app. After I installed it, it connected with no problems and went to work. It doesn't come with a battery, so setup requires installing the included battery, which takes just a few seconds and is easy, and downloading the relevant app. The strap is adjustable and fits very large breasts. It easily fits a 52 inch chest. When you wear it, it stays in place and has good range overall. I put it on my son and he ran to the street and the phone was with me in our lives. room, and he was reading all the time, so he was reading the distance to our entrance! It reads accurately - I checked it by hand and it hit right on target. When it's on, I'm always aware of it. I wouldn't say it's definitely very comfortable, but not uncomfortable either.
