Not too sharp for kitchen utensils and gadgets
I needed an apple slicer without the huge, thick handles that wouldn't tear the glass and slice apples easily. Well it's 2/3. He didn't cut my apples easily. It took a lot of pressure and a bit of cleaning as the flows connecting the metal pieces on mine weren't fully smoothed out. I thought it would be lighter than a knife but it's about the same. I wouldn't recommend it unless you can put a lot of pressure on the slicer.
