This is the best running/exercise belt I've ever had! It stays flat and fits my huge phone! It has 3 pockets, a large one in the middle and two smaller ones (one on each side if large) that are perfect for keys, ID and money. Sweat doesn't wick through so everything stays dry inside which is great, other straps I've had didn't keep out sweat or rain. I wear this when I go out and I wear it on the back instead of the front, it's very comfortable and I hardly even notice it's there. It comes with a belt extender for people who might need one, a nice touch. I didn't use the pipe, I don't even know where I put it. Overall great product!
