The more we use this intercom when riding two ATVs, the more we like it. We just leave it in intercom mode and can talk to each other at call volume with amazing clarity without pressing any additional buttons. The charge easily held up through our trip and was then easy to recharge (cigarette lighter chargers are also included). This was our primary use case and this product does a great job. I listened to music with them - pairing with my phone was easy. If a call comes in while listening to music, you will hear the ringtone and easily answer the call, then switch back to music. However, if you want to use the intercom with other drivers, the music will be turned off while using the intercom. Some of the documentation that comes with the product is worse than usual. I highly recommend going to send.com to download the user guide if you are thinking of purchasing any product and before attempting to install it. Electronic documentation is MUCH better!
